Custom Lawn Maintenance Programs
  
  Spring & Fall fertilizer:
Recommended for quick green up in the spring and late fall feeding.
Crabgrass Control: Prevent germination of one of the nastiest lawn weeds with this application.
A two step application is suggested, usually in March and June.

Broadleaf Weed Control:
Reduces crops of dandelions and other broadleaf weeds in the lawn.
For season long control, we suggest an April and August application.

Grub Control:
A main food crop of moles, grub population can be reduced with this step.
This is a single application usually which is applied in June or July when the grubs life
cycle is most responsive to treatment.

Aeration:
Spring or fall aeration is suggested to reduce compaction caused by mowing, foot traffic, and the passage of time. Aeration allows air, moisture, and nutrients to be absorbed easier and quicker. Although this is an optional step, we feel that your lawn will be healthier if it is done.
 
     
 
Hydro-Seeding
  
  Areas of expertise include new lawn installations via means of hydro-seeding. Hydro~seeding is a liquid slurry application of grass seed, starter fertilizer, mulch and a bonding agent that is sprayed onto prepared ground. This type of application is quick to germinate, less likely to erode, and eliminates the need for strawing. It is the preferred method of lawn seeding in many subdivisions.  
     
 
Slit Seeding
  
  For established turf that requires thickening, slit seeding is offered. Slit seeding puts the grass seed into direct contact with the soil and also provides a small amount of de-thatching at the same time.
